Muswell Hill
Muswell Hill is a leafy Edwardian suburb
of north London, whose large houses and proximity to the City
has attracted a population of essentially professional people.
A number of these large houses have been divided into flats,
some of which have been provided for social housing.
There is also a large transient number
of younger people renting in the district, either studying
or working in London.
It benefits from the survival of its ancient
woodland and the large expanse of Alexandria Park, in which
sits the renowned Alexandra Palace.
Although Muswell
Hill has the hustle and bustle so characteristic of London
it has kept both its charm and community feel.
